Your success is our success, if for whatever reason you are not happy with our service or products; you may switch your website to another hosting account or cancel your account all together. There is no fee or penalty to do so. However there is no refunds for domain registration or website design. We will do everything possible to make you satisfied with our product and service however due to events out of our control we would not be able to issue a refund. Refunds of prepaid hosting will be made within thirty days of your account being canceled or switched to another provider.
